Any scarf that is received and is faulty can be returned to Head Office & a replacement will be sent the next business day. If you have questions in regards to your faulty item, please call us on +61 3 9696 2950 or email us on sales@leegarrett.com.au. Items must be unworn and in original condition, in the original packaging & with product labelling attached. We will not accept any goods for return which have been damaged, or where Care Instructions have note been followed. lee garrett will not be responsible for any returned goods until they have been received by us - we recommend return by registered parcel post. We will not be responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in return transit. Any refunded amount will only cover the value of the items purchased, not shipping & handling charges. lee garrett will not accept return of lee garrett items purchased through our retailers. These goods can only be returned through the store of original purchase.

Yes, you are able to cancel or change your order once it has been submitted. Please call us or emails us with your changes & we shall amend your order. As we ship all orders the next day, you must notify us of ANY changes ASAP. lee garrett reserves the right to cancel any order.

MY ORDER & DELIVERY - DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. We use Australia Post's Registered Parcel Service. Major Australian cities should receive the next day, however rural & regional areas may take up to 5 days to receive. For all deliveries to countries outside of Australia, we use Australia Post. Deliveries can take up to 8 working days and all are charged at a flat rate of $20 AUD. Registered Parcel Post deliveries must be signed for when it is delivered.
All designs and photographic material are subject to copyright and are wholly owned by lee garrett. No material represented on the lee garrett website may be used without prior written authorisation.
All product and shipping prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are settled in AUD.
All purchases delivered to an Australian postcode incur the standard Government Goods & Services Tax (GST). All prices quoted online include GST. Purchases shipped to an International address are exempt from Australian taxes - prices quoted do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges that may apply and will be at the expense of 'you' the purchaser and not the covered or the responsibility of lee garrett.

lee garrett only uses natural textiles. Please treat with care your textile product. For the best care information - please refer to the labels attached to your product.
